During our meeting today, we created our own stamps. And we did so with no one injuring themselves or calls to the hospital.

Most craft stores carry woodcutting tools, wood blocks and Speedy-Carve by Speedball. Just remember to carve away what you don’t want and to make sure your image is backwards. And most importantly, know where your hands are and try to avoid using the tool in the direction of any body parts. Stamp making—it’s oh so dangerous!
