Spanish, Scuba and Sandwiches: The World According to Juan, Our New Fluidite

15 Apr, 2019 Kayla LeFevre Digital

Our Account Management team is seeing double! Juan started the same day as Scott, so in our mind they’re basically twins. But don’t worry, we didn’t ask them identical questions. Help us welcome Juan to the Fluid family as we get to know him.

If you were a pasta, what type would you be?

Chicken pesto.

If you were president of any country, what country would you be president of?

I speak Spanish fluently, so probably Mexico.

How did you decide to become an account manager?

I love meeting new people, and I have always had a knack for working with different types of personalities. So naturally, account management was an easy decision.

What do you like most about being an account manager?

Learning about different industries and the people who work in them.

Would you rather walk a tight rope across the cityscape of New York, or dive into an unmapped underwater cave?

I’m scuba certified, so I’d probably pick the underwater cave.

What’s your kryptonite?

Nerds Jelly Beans.

If you weren’t an AM, what would you do for a living?

I’d be a barber!

What are you addicted to?

The Trail Blazers and traveling.

Which Friends character are you?

I haven’t watched the show, but I know the name Joey!

What made you decide to work for Fluid?

After a few years working in an operational role I wanted to get back to the creative world, and Fluid is headed in a direction I felt fit my style.

Is a calzone a sandwich? Defend your answer.

Yes. It’s got bread and meat in the middle, and that sounds like a sandwich to me.

Maybe our next Fluid retreat should involve some scuba diving and Juan can show us all the ropes. Welcome to the team, Juan!
