The short answer? There is no silver bullet.
The bit longer answer? Things can be done, using social media, to help broadcast your message, but it complements (doesn’t replace) traditional marketing and advertising objectives. Social media is just one tool in the marketing/advertising toolbox, and when strategically used, can be very effective in gaining awareness and marketshare.
