Fluid Announces Purchase of ThomasArts

Fluid announces purchase of ThomasArts in the blockbuster deal of 2016.

Fluid Advertising has officially acquired competitor ThomasArts and its entire client-base in exchange for $500 in gift cards to Chuck-A-Rama, a year-long subscription to Lighthouse Digest, a 2008 Pontiac PT Cruiser and one really firm hand shake.

“The rumors are true, Thomas and his Arts are coming over to Fluid,” said Phil Case, who brokered the deal, which is now being referred to as the crime of the century. “We couldn’t be more pleased with the way everything finally turned out, for both sides.”

The negotiations reportedly went on for months and seemed to be at a standstill last week, leaving the deal shrouded by doubt and speculation until late last night, when ThomasArts inexplicably agreed to the astoundingly one-sided terms being presented by Fluid.

All former ThomasArts employees are set to report to Fluid at 4:00 p.m. for individual inspection and interrogation, followed by an ice cream social.

ThomasArts was unable to respond to a request for comment as their phones and internet connection have been disabled.
