Twitter is a simple form of “microblogging”—sending out short (VERY SHORT—140 characters max) messages out to people. Twitter’s beginnings were a form of communication to tell your network what you are doing in real time.

  1. You can use Twitter in the same way RSS is used—to quickly blast out the most current news. Follow Fluid on Twitter and follow John Dye‘s personal updates a well.
  2. Use Twitter Search to input a search term and see what people are saying about your product, brand, or service. Respond in real time and make sure your customers are happy!
