The Samsung Galaxy S6, which hit retailers April 10 of this year, is easily the best smartphone on the market. Trending on Twitter as #TheNextBigThing, it has amazing specifications and the price tag to match. Its price ranges from $199 to a whopping $679, but if you have the money for it, the S6 is worth every penny. It boasts a 5.1-inch display with a 1440 by 2560 resolution. It uses the newest Android 5.0 operating system (Lollipop) and has a cleaner design and user interface. It comes with 32, 64, or 128 GB of memory and 3 GB of RAM. Its battery life is decent, with up to 17 hours of moderate usage. It also has a fingerprint scanner that will help you protect your information better than ever before.
The iPhone 6 plus is a little bit heavier than the Galaxy S6, but it’s also quite a bit bigger than most phones on the market right now. The phablet weighs in at 6.07 ounces with a 6.22-inch high display. It uses the easy-to-understand iOS operating system and comes with 16, 64, or 128 GB of storage plus 1 GB of RAM. Combine this with an amazing camera, elegant design, and a solid battery life, and it’s clear that the iPhone 6 Plus is a big competitor in the smartphone industry, in more ways than one.
The HTC One M9 ends up being the cheapest of our options, with prices ranging from $199 to $644. It has a 5-inch 1080 by 1920 display, 32 GB of storage, and 3 GB of RAM. Its battery life is a measly 3 hours, but the M9 mostly makes up for it with a gorgeous design and strong camera.
