The success of a franchise business depends greatly on the opinions of its franchisees. That’s why AlphaGraphics wants people to know about its World-Class Franchise Certification from the Franchise Research Institute, which it recently received for the fourth year in a row.

“Receiving this distinction again this year speaks volumes about AlphaGraphics as a company,” said Art Coley, vice president of global development for AlphaGraphics, who notes that the World-Class Franchise ranking is achieved based on feedback from a company’s franchisees.

In order to receive certification, AlphaGraphics had to earn a positive rating from two-thirds or more of its franchisees on questions focusing on topics such as the quality of the company, its competence and its commitment to franchisees. The survey was delivered in October and was completed by over 70 percent of AlphaGraphics owners.

“We understand that the strength of our company resides in our individual owners, all of whom are dedicated to growing our business in their communities,” said Coley. “Therefore, receiving such favorable feedback from our franchisees is some of the most rewarding praise we could get.”

While AlphaGraphics received high scores in all areas, particular highlights included the response of 88 percent of franchisees who said they would “definitely,” “very likely” or “probably” recommend the AlphaGraphics franchise to a prospective franchisee. Additionally, 85 percent of respondents said they either “strongly agreed” or “agreed” that AlphaGraphics was a competent, skillful organization on which they could rely for help.

Coley added, “Together, we have created an AlphaGraphics brand that can be trusted in communities across the nation.”
